Three double storey townhouses erected in Beaumaris, Febraury 2021. Frames supplied by ISG Architectural with over 13,000 linear metres of steel used to make the wall frames, floor joists and roof trusses.
This block of 10 townhouses uses 40km of coil steel to create 18,700 m² of floor space across 3 storeys. Clever use of light weight steel framing resulted in a cost saving by reducing the amount of structural steel required for the project.
