For this large residential build of 10 x 3 storey townhouses, we were approached by the builder to assist them after they were severely let down by another steel framing company. Thanks to our experienced detailing and steel framing technology, we managed to save over $2000 per unit in Structural steel costs.

Located in Mt Waverely, this block of town houses used a whopping 40 km of steel coil to create all the necessary frame sections with 18,700m² of floor space across the 10 townhouses.
