Stockland's first land lease community in Victoria, Halcyon Berwick is located 48 kilometres south-east of Melbourne CBD and close to the Princes Freeway. Halcyon Berwick is set within a beautiful natural reserve, lakes and green open spaces in the Stockland master planned community of Minta, with safe access to an abundance of walking pathways.
There is a range of architecturally designed, low-maintenance homes to choose from which are all generously sized, thoughtfully appointed and built to flow seamlessly.
Halcyon Berwick will have 175 homes in Stockland’s master planned Minta community. Stage 1 consists of 88 houses and is near completion, stage 2 will consist of 87units and is due to kick off early 2022.
ISG Architectural became involved at the early stages of stage 1. We worked closely with the client’s project team and has delivered around 23 units already with a few more to come. The 23 units already supplied consists of 70 000 lm of steel.
